The Coach Buddy (the "Service") is operated by magdi dakroury, trading as The Millionaire Within ("we", "us", "our"). When you use the Service you are entering into an agreement with magdi dakroury, trading as The Millionaire Within. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

The Coach Buddy lets coaches create an AI assistant ("clone") trained on material they provide, publish a coach page, and embed a chat widget on their own website. The clone only responds to people who start a conversation with it; it does not send emails, texts or other messages.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and, if you use the Service for an organisation, have authority to bind it.
• Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including by:

• using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• sending spam or unsolicited messages, or using it for unsolicited marketing;
• uploading material that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• interfering with its security, including malware, probing, scraping or reverse engineering;
• attempting to bypass safeguards ("jailbreaking") or generate illegal, hateful, deceptive or explicit content, including deepfakes or impersonation of others.

AI output

• You are responsible for the material you upload, the instructions you give your clone and how you use its responses.
• AI responses can be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and should not replace professional judgement.
• You keep the rights to material you upload and grant us a limited licence to host and process it only to provide the Service.
• We may remove or restrict content, filter responses, or suspend accounts to keep the Service safe and lawful. Rights holders can report infringing content to admin@themillionairewithin.net; repeated infringement leads to account termination.

Intellectual property

We own the Service, including its software, design, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan. You may not resell or redistribute it.

Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and include any applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. See our Refund Policy.

Service availability

We work to keep the Service running well but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly break our policies. You can stop using the Service at any time. After your account ends you can request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it is deleted.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have jurisdiction. We may update these terms and will post changes here. Questions: admin@themillionairewithin.net.
