What we collect and why

  • Account details (name, email, login credentials) — to create and run your account. Legal basis: contract.
  • Coach content (persona text, frameworks, services, photo) — to build your clone and coach page. Legal basis: contract.
  • Chat messages sent to a coach's clone by visitors — to generate responses. Legal basis: legitimate interests in providing the Service.
  • Usage and device data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) — for security, fraud prevention and improving the Service. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
  • Support messages — to help you. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers who host and run the Service, including cloud hosting and AI model providers, under contracts that protect your data.
  • Stripe, our payment processor, for taking payments, managing subscriptions, tax compliance and invoicing. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.
  • Authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data or use your material to train shared AI models.

International transfers

Some providers process data outside the UK and EEA. Where that happens we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 30 days after it closes, then delete or anonymise it, unless we must keep records longer by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. We respond within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and private storage to protect your data.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and the Service working. We do not use advertising cookies.
